At Rugby Starts Here it is our goal to help share the love for rugby. Rugby is an amazing sport with a unique community of people around it, no matter where you travel to, where you come from, the rugby community will be there to welcome you.

We believe in growing the game by teaching the right skills to men, women, collegiate, and high school rugby players. By understanding the right mechanics and principles, we believe people will enjoy playing the game more and stay connected with the awesome rugby community.

At the moment we are starting with scrum based clinics in the DMV area, where we provide high level coaching, in depth knowledge on how to build up the scrum, and we provide a list of exercises that will be useful throughout the season. We are passionate about expanding our services in the future to include lineouts, ball handling skills, kicking, and contact area training.
